Sardek P. Love, Founder and President
Professional Experience
Sardek is a dynamic, internationally
recognized speaker and proven consultant with 15 years of professional experience in the disciplines of leadership development,
customer service, production and operations management, management information systems, training and development, and performance
management. He is a 1992 graduate of Virginia Tech's Marketing Education program, one of the top programs of its
kind in the U.S. Prior to launching ICTS, Sardèk was a Program Manager for Booz Allen Hamilton - a leading global technology and
strategy consulting firm, and he served in a variety of management roles in the Insurance industry with MetLife Insurance
Company - a Fortune 37 company, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)
Sardek has been a member of ASTD (www.astd.org) for over a decade, and today he serves as a senior level volunteer leader for the organization. He is currently
serving on special projects for the Society, and in 2007, he was Chapter President of the award-winning Metropolitan Washington
DC Chapter of ASTD (www.dcastd.org)
The United Way of the National Capital Area
Sardek is a member of the Regional Advisory Council (RAC) for the Fairfax County (Virginia) branch of the United Way.
University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC)
Sardek was recently asked
by the Dean to become a member of the UMBC Instructional System Design Graduate Program Advisory Board. The Advisory
Board is comprised of leaders in industry who provide guidance and feedback to this highly acclaimed graduate program.
Virginia Tech
Sardek is a former President of the College
of Human Sciences Alumni Association, which boasts the largest alumni base of all colleges in Virginia Tech. He continues
to support students from Virginia Tech by offering career advice and sharing networking strategies.

a two time speaker at the organization's annual conference.
